Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment:
Booking: Upon booking, you are required to pay your session fee in full. All session fees are non-refundable. This fee includes everything discussed prior with Fabio or mentioned in the service offering on the website.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellation: You may cancel a session and reschedule, but all session fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session without incurring any additional charges, provided the cancellation request is made more than 48 hours before the originally scheduled appointment. Should the cancellation occur within the 48-hour window, you are subject to a cancellation fee of half the session fee, to be charged at the time of rescheduling your appointment.
Rebooking Charge: A rebooking charge of half the session fee applies if rescheduling is needed within 48 hours of the session.

3. Session Details:
Duration: As discussed prior with Fabio or mentioned in the service offering on the website.
Attire: Clients are responsible for their attire and grooming unless hair/makeup services are opted into, which we highly recommend for women. We can also hire clothing stylists for those interested, so feel free to ask us!

4. Deliverables:
Delivery: As discussed prior with Fabio or mentioned in the service offering on the website.

5. Usage Rights:
Personal Use: Clients are granted unlimited personal use rights for the images, which include but are not limited to social media profiles, personal websites, and professional networking. Should the images be used in publications, we prefer the photo credit to read: Photo by Fabio Pinto.
Commercial Use: Any commercial use of the images requires prior written consent and may incur an additional fee (e.g., usage on a book cover or print advertising for the sale of a product).

6. Content Creation Studio Pinto Guerreiro has the right to use:
Photographic Use: The right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly display the photographs and/or videos created during the project for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, promotion, and sale of products or services.
Digital Use: The right to use and manipulate the materials in digital format for any lawful purpose.
Print Use: The right to use the materials in printed form for any lawful purpose.
Online Use: The right to use the materials on websites, social media platforms, and other online platforms for any lawful purpose.
Commercial Use: The right to use the materials for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising and promotional materials.

7. Copyright:
Ownership: Content Creation Studio Pinto Guerreiro retains copyright ownership of all images.

8. Liability:
Limitation of Liability: While Content Creation Studio Pinto Guerreiro will take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality of the images, Content Creation Studio Pinto Guerreiro is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or events that may affect the outcome of the session.

9. Miscellaneous:
Force Majeure: Content Creation Studio Pinto Guerreiro is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond their control.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

10. Agreement:
Acceptance: By booking a session with Content Creation Studio Pinto Guerreiro, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
